Bridging the Gap has been created to provide a space where professionals responsible for conducting, overseeing and commissioning investigations can openly discuss these challenges, hear different viewpoints and strengthen professional practice.
Unlike traditional conferences, every keynote is followed by facilitated roundtable discussions, allowing delegates to reflect, challenge ideas and learn from one another.

HANNAH GRINSTED
FOUNDER
Roryn

Hannah’s career followed a linear trajectory, from HR Administrator to People Director across FTSE 250 retail banks, scrappy start-ups and non-profits. She then moved to help fast-moving organisations grow, realising that hyper-growth often led to friction and pain points. Behind policies, governance documents and risk registers are people. Deeply human, social, professional, unique and flawed. Formal systems and human ones rarely align. That gap is where Hannah’s work comes to life, where she adds most value and gets the most satisfaction.
With an ability to navigate complexity and conflicting truths and see what's really driving a problem, Hannah helps organisations find a clear path and ultimately deliver on their goals. Often intersecting with investigations, which helps deepenunderstanding and movement towards the right outcomes.
